VCAT VRC Tournament at Vaughn College

After our win at Camden, we decided to focus on polishing our robot rather than rebuilding for the next competition. Thankfully, our decision paid off!

At this competition, we put on our best performance so far in the season, with a combined skills score of 479 (2nd in the state) and Tournament Champions! After almost 2 months of not competing in SNY, this was the win that we needed to solidify our standing in the state. Along with these scores, we received the Judges Award, presented to “a team that the Judges determine is deserving of special recognition.” Hopefully we can keep up this performance next week at our competition in Malverne!
